Course Learning Outcome (4): Describe the molecular processes of DNA replication, transcription and translation as well as the important characteristics of the genetic code.
At the end of this module, you should be able to:
- Explain the Central Dogma, from DNA to protein synthesis;
- Use the genetic code to configure an amino acid sequence;
- Describe the components of transcription machinery;
- Explain RNA processing.
